Mercy X Mankind offers worldwide shipping. Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time is separate from the shipping method selected at checkout and should be added when estimating your delivery date.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation via email.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Mercy X Mankind (MXM) is not responsible for carrier-related delays outside of our control. If your shipment is lost, damaged, or experiences a delivery issue, please contact us at info@mercyoverwrath.com and we will assist with the carrier claim where possible.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Mercy X Mankind is not responsible for customs delays.

If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, any applicable shipping, customs, or return costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has been placed.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact info@mercyoverwrath.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Mercy X Mankind is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or other customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply if the order is reshipped.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all original tags, packaging, and included gifts.

Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, fragrance, or other conditions inconsistent with their original condition may be refused.

Authorized returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your Return Authorization unless otherwise instructed.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

Made-to-order or "Artisanal" Collection items are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.

Size exchanges may be requested after delivery and are subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued where permitted by applicable law.

Items marked Sale or Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges except where required by applicable law. This does not affect any rights you may have if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact info@mercyoverwrath.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

For the fastest assistance, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery.

If the issue is confirmed to be our error or a qualifying product defect, Mercy X Mankind will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

You will not be responsible for return shipping costs when a return is required due to an error on our part.

All returns must be authorized before being shipped back to us. To request a return, email info@mercyoverwrath.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

United States: For eligible returns, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided via email. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund unless the return is due to an error on our part or otherwise required by applicable law.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning an international order.

Exchanges are available for size changes only and are subject to inventory availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

We cannot guarantee that an exchange size will remain available while a return is in transit.

All returned merchandise is inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet our return requirements may be refused.

If a return is refused and you would like the merchandise shipped back to you, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer where permitted by law.

Once an eligible return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

After a refund has been issued, additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider before the funds appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a refund of those charges is required by applicable law. Any applicable return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Our leather products are constructed from genuine natural hides. Variations in grain, texture, tone, creasing, scars, markings, and other natural characteristics are inherent to genuine leather and make each garment unique. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Product images are intended to accurately represent our merchandise; however, natural materials may vary slightly from piece to piece.

Discount codes apply to full-price merchandise only unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be combined.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed purchases unless otherwise stated. Certain products, releases, or collections may be excluded from promotional offers. Additional restrictions may apply to individual promotions and will be disclosed at the time of the offer.
