SHIPPING + DELIVERY

  • Shipping is available worldwide.
  • All orders are typically processed and ready to ship within 1-3 business days. Please add this on top of your chosen shipping timeline at checkout for an accurate date for receiving your order.
  • Tracking # is sent via email once your order ships. 
  • Some orders may ship from our facility warehouse in China and buyer may receive a tracking # via a foreign shipping carrier. Please be advised, this service is secure and your order will arrive in the designated time.
  • Any orders listed as "made to order" may take 14-21 days to produce. Orders for made-to-order items cannot be canceled or refunded until item has arrived at buyer residence.
  • Please note that once your order leaves our facilities and is in possession of the shipping carrier, MXM cannot be held responsible for additional delays caused by unforeseen circumstances due to shipping carrier delay/fault or stolen/lost packages at the time of delivery.

    RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

    • We accept all returns within 7 days from the date of delivery as long as your product is in original condition, unworn and is returned with all packaging materials, tags and/or gifts. 
    • We accept exchanges for items of equal value (pending availability) or store credit.
    • All items purchased ON SALE are final with no exchanges or returns.
    • Buyer must email us for a CONFIRMATION NUMBER before returning any product. If the product is received and rejected by quality control, product will NOT be returned to buyer address unless shipping is paid for by buyer.
    • All returns are free (USA only). If a return is requested, buyer will be emailed a Pre-Paid Return Label. Upon arrival and complete inspection of returned items, buyer will be refunded through original payment method. For International returns, buyer is required to pay for return shipping.
