SHIPPING + DELIVERY

Shipping is available worldwide.

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please add processing time to the shipping method selected at checkout to estimate your delivery date.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email.

Some orders may ship from our international fulfillment facilities, including China, and may include tracking from a foreign carrier. This shipping method is secure, and delivery will occur within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Mercy X Mankind (MXM) is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by circumstances beyond our control.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition with all packaging, gifts and tags included.

Authorization Required
A Return Authorization Number is required prior to returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please email info@mercyoverwrath.com with your order number to request a return.

Return Shipping

• USA: A prepaid return label will be provided via email. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund.

• International: Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchanges & Store Credit
Exchanges are permitted for size changes only, subject to availability. In the event item is no longer available, store credit will be issued.

Inspection
All returns are inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet our quality standards will not be returned unless return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
